As the Director of Hotel Investment and Management Development for the Hotel Investment Company (the Developer), the role of AMG Hospitality as a hotel investment manager is to assess and achieve the investment objectives of the owner (the Developer) while minimizing investment and operational risks.

 

This is done by providing clear scientific and practical insights into the hotel industry to the owner (the Developer), while supervising and overseeing the hotel management company or independent hotel management team to ensure maximum operational quality and efforts geared towards increasing the owner's (the Developer's) return on investment.

 

Therefore, AMG Hospitality operates as a hotel industry expert to secure global and local hospitality industry knowledge for the benefit of the Hotel Investment Company (the Developer), and as a consultant to achieve optimal hotel investment performance in line with market trends.

 

This is implemented by working on an agreed mechanism with all parties to achieve the objectives of the Hotel Investment Company (the Developer).

 

The strategy of AMG Hospitality as a hotel investment manager:

 

A. With the Hotel Investment Company (the Developer) to explore:

 

  1. Aspirations, trends, and strategic objectives of the Hotel Investment Company (the Developer) and its priorities.
  2. Any obstacles hindering the Hotel Investment Company (the Developer) from hotel investment and working on providing suitable solutions to remove all obstacles.
  3. Best communication methods for reporting.
  4. Format of reports and the schedule for submission to the coordinator between the Hotel Investment Company (the Developer) and AMG Hospitality as the hotel investment manager.

 

B. With the hotel management company or the hotel management team:

 

  1. Agreement on the format and timing of data sharing and monthly meetings with the coordinator between the hotel management company or the hotel management team and AMG Hospitality as the hotel investment manager.
  2. Collection and operation of current project data.
  3. Determination of the basis and methods of supervision and monitoring for all actions and transactions of the hotel management company or the independent hotel management team.

 

C. Monitoring hotel operations and managing hotel operational and financial performance indicators:

 

  1. Financial and administrative reports.
  2. Sales and marketing.
  3. Hotel operational processes.
  4. Hotel engineering operations and maintenance.
  5. Performance measurement indicators - KPIs.
  6. At the end of each month, the Hotel Investment Company (the Developer) receives from us a financial and operational report summarizing the hotel's performance across all departments and areas clearly.
